another little tip:
start up holding down command shift S - this forces a startup in Unix and runs all sorts of disk repair utilities as a matter of course. Then, if the machine does not startup automatically you need to type in reboot and hit return.

I seem to recall I had a problem with the two finger secondary click option when I first used it. I had to enable it, and restart the machine. It then somehow got disabled, so had to re-enable it and restart again.

It all worked fine then.

It was straight after the two finger click was released so I'd have thought it would work as expected now!

i have a 12" ibook g4 powerpc (not intel) and the two fingered secondary click on the trackpad works great for me. i got rid of tiger and did a system restore though. that could be the difference. maybe those of you who are having difficulties just upgraded? i don't know why it won't work for you, but i know it works for me.

yup i'm the same as uriah - ibook g4 with tiger and no option for the secondary click, which is a shame cos it would be *really* handy.

I have a 12" iBook G4 that can do the two fingered scroll, but the option to right-click from the trackpad is missing. I'm guessing it's Intel machines only, as mine was one of the last iBooks.
